I continuously made myself attention to New Zealanders communications because if i didn’t receive the clear message I would not be able to communicate appropriately. I keep my self-listening to New Zealand radio channels and watching television programs to enhance my knowledge in communication. Also I have joined New Zealand Red cross as a volunteer to build up extensive network among many cultural groups.
I believe accurate network can build up by understanding through different communication behavior styles, as a head of marketing when i m handling marketing meetings some of the team members were very aggressive while others were assertive. I always try to manage my communication using tone of voice and listening skills, through tone of voice i have been able to communicate coherent message to my team members.
Naturally I’m very interested talking to people and build good network when icame to New Zealand in ever knew any person, communicating with my tutors,joying whihopai tennis club and participating number of volunteer programs I have been able to network myself confidently among many nationalities.as a inspirational leader and traveled for many countries i always believed true networking build through constant communication. I always use the new technology to build up communication with each other, Facebook, watts up, LinkedIn has helped me to continue my network relationship with globally, and I m passionate to keep up the worthy network for life long.
Presently I m based in New Zealand and it is utmost important to build up constructive network with New Zealanders. Gaining Kiwi cultural experience I believe New Zealanders heavily depend on recommendation and networking. Therefore I will continually trying my best to build strong network among many New Zealanders which will help me to learn more about the New Zealand communication flows and in future will be a road map for many opportunities and avenues for me.
Networking is building healthy relationships while maintaining those relationships and leveraging them for the benefits for each other.so let’s all of us build up lifelong healthy relationship through networking.
